An impressive feature of the app is its ability to track your "DangleTime" - the duration you spend honing your stickhandling skills using the app. This allows you to compare and share your progress with friends. Upon downloading the app, you receive a complimentary selection of three training packs. Each pack comprises eight meticulously crafted stickhandling drills guaranteed to enhance your skills. The drills consist of 20-second sessions with a brief 10-second break in between. These times can be customized according to your preferences through the settings menu.

For those seeking additional challenges and an expanded repertoire of stickhandling drills, the app provides options for purchasing extra packs. Notably, Jeremy Rupke from How To Hockey personally demonstrates all drills included in the current pack selection.
